Mu33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. However, we are committed to helping you recover your account should such a situation occur.

• Third-party actions including hackers or cyber attackers beyond mu33's reasonable control

In all circumstances, mu33's liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
